By using our Site, you agree to be bound by the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. We may change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of them. We encourage you to review these conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes or updates. If you do not agree with the changes or modifications, you must immediately stop using our Site.

irina-kha.com is owned by LINDEN SA, a company with its registered office at 12 rue du Pot d’Or, 4000 Liège, Belgium. The company is registered under company number 0451109089.
1.1. Brands and items
irina-kha.com allows its customers to purchase its brands and items online. This way, you no longer need to visit the boutique directly to enjoy a wide overview of current trends.
1.2. Finding an item
You can search for an item in different ways: by designer, by category using filters and the drop-down menu, or by using the search bar located at the top right. You may also visit the homepage to get an overview of new arrivals.
1.3. Buying and paying
To purchase an item, select your size (use the size guide if necessary), then click “Add to cart.” You may then continue shopping, modify your order, or proceed to checkout. Only one payment is required, regardless of the number of items. Choose your payment method (credit or debit card), and you will receive a confirmation email.
1.4. Order tracking
Order validation includes checking the cart, payment, and shipment approval. You will be notified by email at each step and may track your order in My Account. Delivery times may vary, and delays due to customs or payment issues are not our responsibility.
1.5. Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible, but a return remains an option. For any request, please contact our Customer Service via the form or by phone (+32 4 221 21 35, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm).
1.6. Delivery or In-store Pickup
We ship your order from our boutique to the delivery address provided, using our partner carrier. Please note that not all services are available in all countries.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the parcel weight (between 1 kg and 4 kg) and your delivery address. This estimate is available as soon as items are added to the cart. If the standard weight limit is exceeded, additional fees may apply and will be specified before the order is confirmed.
For all orders placed on the site, shipping fees are offered (if applicable).
You may also choose to collect your parcel directly at our boutique by selecting the In-store Pickup option.
1.7. Shipping information
We deliver to several countries, including Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. This list evolves regularly — feel free to contact us to request delivery to another country. Delivery times generally range between 1 to 5 days. Import fees and local taxes may apply outside Europe; however, no tax is due for deliveries within Europe. Delays caused by customs or payment issues are not our responsibility.
1.8. Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return it to us by following the return procedure explained above. You will then receive a store credit, which you can use towards your new order.
2. Products
We do our best to describe products accurately, but errors or inaccuracies may occur. Photos are illustrative, and colors may vary depending on screens, with no guarantee of perfect accuracy.
3. Orders, prices and payment
3.1. Order
All orders are subject to the T&Cs, product availability, and price confirmation. You must hold a valid credit or debit card and commit to providing accurate information.
3.2. Verification
Before confirming, you may correct your order. It is important to check all details (product, size, quantity, etc.).
3.3. Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. The sales contract is only formed upon receipt of an email confirming the preparation of your order.
3.4. Prices & availability
In case of a pricing error or product unavailability, you will be contacted to reconfirm or cancel. If you do not reply within 48h, the item will be removed. If payment has already been made, a refund or store credit will be offered.
3.5. Taxes and shipping
Prices include VAT for EU countries. Shipping costs are added separately depending on the product and address. Import taxes or fees may apply outside the EU, at your expense. In case of returns, only amounts paid will be refunded (excluding taxes to be claimed from local customs).
3.6. Payment
Your payment method is verified before processing. The order may be refused in case of product unavailability, non-compliance, or payment authorization issues.
4. Delivery
• Delivery times are estimated between 1 to 5 working days, depending on product availability and your address.
• These times are indicative only and not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control may occur, for which we are not liable.
• In case of absence at delivery, a second attempt will be scheduled. If this also fails, a note will indicate where to collect your parcel.
5. International delivery
Delivery is available to several countries. Please contact us to check availability in your region.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply, at your expense.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of the destination country. We decline any liability for non-compliance with local regulations.
6. Our Site
By using our Site, you accept these rules. If you do not accept them, you are not authorized to use this Site and must leave immediately.
6.1. Access to the Site
Access is free, but you are responsible for the means of access and ensuring that anyone using your connection complies with the T&Cs. Access is temporary and prohibits any commercial use without authorization. We may suspend or withdraw the Site without notice. Electronic communications via the Site have the same legal value as written documents.
