These terms and conditions set out the legal terms that apply to your use of irina-kha.com (the "Website") and the other services that we provide. Please read them carefully and make sure that you understand them, before placing your order on our Website.
Please note that by using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of this Website following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Conditions. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions, then you must immediately stop using this Website.

irina-kha.com is the property of LINDEN SA, Belgian company registered under the number 0451109089. The address of our main offices is 12 Pot d’Or Street, 4000 Liège, Belgium.
a) Brands and items
irinakha.com allows its customers to purchase its brands and items online. That way you no longer need to directly come by our boutique to have a broad overview at new trends.
b) Find an item
You search for a particular item in many ways. By designer, by category using filters and the drop-donw menu, or by using the search window on the top right corner. You can as well have a glimpse at new arrivals on the home page.
c) Buy and pay
As you find the item or items you want to purchase, select the desired size. To ease your size selection, you can refer the Size - Conversion table link. Then click on Add to Basket.
You can afterwards Continue Shopping, Modify your Order or proceed to Checkout to finalise your order. Whatever the amount of items you have in your basket, there will be only one payment.
You will be ask to chose your payment method; credit card and debit cards are accepted. You will then receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully placed and the validation process initiated.
d) Order tracking
The validation process of your order includes the verification of your basket, the order payment and the shipping approval. You will receive emails keeping you informed of each step of the process. You can also visualize your order status in My Account page.
The delivery time may vary. Note that we will note take responsibility for any delivery delays due to customs procedures or payment operations.
We accept any order cancelation, for any reason, as far as your order has not been treated by our boutique. Once your order is processed by our boutique, we won’t be able to cancel it. Nevertheless you can return you purchase if you wish to.
We advise you to get in touch with our Customer Service, through our online Contact Form or by phone at +32 4 221 21 35 (available from monday to friday between 10:00AM and 06:00PM - Brussels time zone), to check up on your order status and the possibility to or not to cancel.
f) Delivery or Boutique Pick-up
We send your order from our boutique to your delivery address given to our transport partner. Be advise that all services may not be available in some countries.
The delivery fees are calculated during your ordering. The given fees are an estimate for indication purpose only. The calculation is based upon delivery address you indicated and the weight of the shipment from 1 to 4 Kg. In the event of a heavier package, additional fees may apply.
You also have the option to pick your order up at our boutique by checking the Boutique Pick-up box while placing your order.
g) Shipping informations
We are working towards offering our customers the option for delivery in as much as possible destination countries. Find below the countries we service. This list is non exhaustive and is continuously evolving to include more and more countries to which we can ship. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want your country to be included to this list:

The majority of the countries we ship to shall be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. The delivery estimate indicated are for indication purpose only and are based on the time of order and shipping of your package. Note that we will note take responsibility for any delivery delays due to customs procedures or payment operations.
Depending on your country, customs on import fees and local taxes may apply to your shipment. Otherwise, any order to be shipped to an EU address will be free of customs and additional taxes.
h) Return policy
irinakha.com offers to the possibility to return their purchase. Returned items must match our return conditions and criteriae. Please acknowledge our return policy:
Returns within 14 days
You have 14 days upon receipt to freely return us your order. Past due this 14 days period, we can not guarantee you the reimbursement of your unwanted items. Feel free to contact our Customer Service if you have any questions about returns.
Note that we can only collect your order to be returned only in the country it had been delivered to. If your are returning your order from a different country than it was delivered to, additional fees and customs fees may apply. We encourage you to use our free return service.
Once we received at our boutique your returned order and verified it fits our return policy, we will refund you by the same method you used to place your order.
Clothes must be returned un-wore, un-whashed, un-dammaged and with their original labels. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and inside a package.
Conformity of returned items
If the item was delivered with a security label attached, it must remained attached. In cas of return within the 14 days period, we reserve the right to enforce a value depreciation and a repayment in proportion to the state of the damaged item.
We recommend you to return headwear in their un-opened packaging and underwear must be tried on over your own underwear.
We recommend you to return items in their original packaging to ensure their protection during transit.
We will not accept the return of items such as perfume or candle if the seal is unlocked.
If you wish to exchange an itme, you shall first return it in respect to the procedure described in our return policy. You will benefit from a voucher of the equivalent amount that you can use for a new order.
Once we received at our boutique your returned order and verified it fits our return policy, we will refund you by the same method you used to place your order. Note that refund to credit cards or debit cards payment can take up to 14 days depending on your bank. Returned items are fully reimbursed excluding shipping fees if you use our free return service.
To request a return and a refund, you just need to contact us and mention the your name and the reference of your order. We will send you an email with your Autorisation of Returning Merchandise number (ARM) as well as a confirmation of the time and address, a reference number and all necessary return documents.
- Print the transport note and attach it on the outside of the shipment box (one note per package and a copy for the carrier). We recommend you to keep a copy of the transport note for your own archive
- You could then refer to it to track the return of your shipment.
- You might also receive a customs bill. If this document is included in your confirmation email, please sign it and include it with the rest of the documents.
- Do not seal your return package until the carrier picks it up (he/she must first check the content).
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (DSRs)
If you reside within the UE, as per Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000 (DSRs), your are entitled to cancel your order on the condition to inform us in writing from the moment you placed the order and within the following 14 days upon receipt. If you chose to exert that right, you must inform in writing our Customer Service that you wish to cancel the contract for the totality of your order in virtue of DSRs. Our Customer Service team will guide through all following steps but you will have to return your order at your own cost. The full amount of your order, including carrier fees, will be refund within the following 14 days upon receipt of your cancelled order. If we do not receive your cancelled order, we will organise a collection at your own cost. Note that if you cancel your order as per DSRs, you will be entirely responsible for the fees and the organisation of the order’s return. This may include additional customs fees and other taxes resulting from the return. Those fees being at your charge, you will have to contact your postal services to know the costs you will have to pay.

3. Orders, prices and payment
For more information about how you place an order, please refer to the How to buy ? section. Your order for the products is subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
To order products you must possess a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.
The Website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before sending it. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process as you are responsible of your order and for the information you provide (the correct products, quantities, size, etc.).
a. Formation of the contract
When you place an order on our Website, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement for information purposes and it does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract and the order confirmation will be established from the moment you receive an email informing your order is being prepared for fetching. This email signifies that the ordered product is confirmed.
b. Price and availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours, the concerned product will be treated as cancelled. All other orders will continue to be proceeded and you may cancel these at any stage if you do not agree to these terms. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, we will give the option to receive a full refund or receive a voucher.
If you have ordered a product from a country in Europe, the prices advertised on the Website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs will vary depending on the products that you have ordered and your delivery address. The delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed on the Website before you place your order.
Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. We do not have any control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note that in the event you return a product, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.
We offer different payment methods to order on our Website. You can either pay by credit or debit card, either proceed to a wire transfer that takes more time.
Once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for delivery, we will email you to inform you of this. In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, we will email you explaining the problem and possibly requesting further information to try and resolve the problem.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, the product ordered is out of stock, has been withdrawn or is otherwise not available, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria
We aim at dispatching your order within 3 working days. Whilst we attempt to respect this delivery time, circumstances may occur and delay the delivery because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The products will be delivered to you directly. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, a second delivery will be planned. If at this stage, no one can take delivery, our delivery partner will leave you a message notifying you the place where you will have to pick up your parcel.
5. International delivery
We organize delivery in different countries. If you have any doubt, please contact us in order to ensure you we can fetch your products to your country before placing your order.
If you order products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws.
6. Returns Policy
Depending on where you live, if you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order under the European Directive 2011/83/UE for the Consumers Protection. During a certain period (here 14 days), you can notify us of your decision to cancel your order and ask for a refund.
Please note we can only returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing if any original packaging.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. We recommend footwear and accessories to be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
If the item comes with a security tag, this must be left on.
We recommend hosiery to be returned in its unopened packages and lingerie must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments.
We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
Returned products will be refund excluding the cost of shipping.
We do not accept returns for perfumes and candles of any type if the seal is unlocked.
We offer a returns service. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the product to our boutique. We can only accept returns from the same country to which your order was delivered.
To cancel or return a product and ask for our returns service, send us an email where you mention the order reference and the products you want to return. You will receive by email a return ticket that you may print. Go to the nearest post office and joint the return ticket to your parcel.

Once we have received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the return cost.
