Refresh your wardrobe before Fall
Don't look for excuses anymore, breathe new life into your wardrobe by giving it a little clean!
Treat yourself by giving your wardrobe a refresh before the arrival of autumn. Here are our tips for taking care of your closet:
Start by completely emptying your wardrobe. Fill a bucket with warm water and add your favorite cleaning product, along with a drop of your favorite laundry detergent. Take a well-wrung cloth and thoroughly clean the shelves, drawers, and interior doors.
Once your it is refreshed, it's time to put your clothes back in. Organize them according to their category: tops, long-sleeve t-shirts, short-sleeve t-shirts, jeans, sweatpants, trousers, skirts, dresses, turtleneck sweaters, round-neck sweaters, V-neck sweaters, chunky knits, fine knits, etc. If possible, also sort the categories by color.
If you have drawers and small bins, take advantage of them to separately store your underwear, socks, and belts.
This organizing process should only take you an hour, and the goal is to declutter your closet to make it easier for you to find things.
Take this opportunity to also remove any clothes that you feel no longer suit you. This will give you a clear overall view of your wardrobe and allow you to fully enjoy your clothes!
