Right of Withdrawal - Return Policy 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract at the following address: shop@irina-kha.com

For this purpose, you may use the withdrawal form available via the following link: https://economie.fgov.be/sites/default/files/Files/Forms/Formulaire-de-retractation.pdf, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal:

In the event that you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract, at the following address: 12 Rue du Pot d'Or, 4000 Liège, Belgium The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
