Sartore

Sartore was founded in the 1930s as a small shoe store, before reaching a key milestone in 1959 with the creation of its first manufacturing workshop in France, where it began developing its own designs. From the very beginning, the brand built its identity on true craftsmanship and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

What truly defines Sartore, however, is its family DNA: a house passed down from generation to generation. Each successor has preserved and enriched this heritage, driven by the same passion for product excellence and meticulous workmanship.

From the late 1990s onwards, the brand transitioned its production to Italy, partnering with exceptional workshops. This evolution further elevated its standards of quality, technical expertise, and dedication to leather craftsmanship, particularly through the use of vegetable tanning.
